CERAMICHE MUSSO

Case Study: The positioning of Ceramiche Musso

The Context

Ceramiche Musso was known for its radical, anti-capitalist, ceramics, sold mostly at markets and via online limited drops, with a raw, organic aesthetic. While the political integrity of the brand was clear, its visual positioning risked confining it to a niche, low-perceived-value space. The challenge was to elevate the brand to a higher cultural plane, one that could coexist with architecture, design, and editorial photography, without diluting its original voice. We introduced a minimal, architectural photo direction—ceramics shot in dialogue with brutalist architecture, concrete textures, and raw natural light. No filters, no overstyling.

The Approach

• Visual Language Shift: We introduced a minimal, architectural photo direction—ceramics shot in dialogue with brutalist architecture, concrete textures, and raw natural light. No filters, no overstyling. • Editorial Cadence: We designed a sharp, militant content calendar, frequent, uncompromising posts that alternated between product, manifesto, and cultural reference. Weekly drops became acts of protest.
